Honestly surprised with how accommodating and helpful the team was. Due to delays on getting my vehicle back from another, they were very accommodating with rescheduling. Went above and beyond and had other recommendations for towing and further vehicle repair, and even pointed out a leak that was supposed to have been fixed and was outside their scope. Competitive pricing, promotions, and the work was complete in a timely manner. 2018 Mercedes E63 S AMG

My experience today will be my last. Had been there once before and had horrible customer service from John, the manager. I figured maybe his dog had died or something so gave it another shot today. Walked in, said good afternoon and got nothing as he walked past. Anthony eventually says “We’ll be with you in a minute” while John goes out and inspects the flat trailer tire I needed fixed. This was at 5pm. John walks back in, still not a word from him. Anthony says it’s going to be a while. I ask what’s a while and he tells me that there’s only 2 hours left in the day and he’ll call me. No call at quarter to seven so I head there. Tire is fixed and Anthony charges me $20, cash no receipt and after I let him know that I’ll not be back he says yeah, John is grumpy. John, do us all a favor and get out of customer service. You ain’t cut out for it. Response to yours. Nope. We’re done. Might want to clean house, your employees are stealing from you.

I recently had to have an emergency battery put in my car and a couple days later, I had the oil changed and brakes done. Both times Anthony was there and was such a huge help. He and John are terrific guys. They got me up and running and I have no worries now about my car. Tire Choice Is my go to place for any work on my car. The staff there is fabulous.

Absolutely amazing experience at Tire Choice! John, the store manager, was fantastic to work with and took great care of me from start to finish. They got me in and out super quickly, replaced all four of my tires, did my alignment, and checked over everything to make sure my car was running properly. I really appreciated all of the complimentary inspections and services they offered to make sure everything was safe and in good shape. The pricing was very reasonable, the staff was kind and professional, and the entire process was stress free. I’m so glad I live near such a trustworthy tire shop. Highly recommend, 100% five stars!

Tldr: Anthony did not complete a proper diagnoses and quoted to fix something that wasn't broken. He charged a full hour for diagnoses (misdiagnoses) and refuses to refund for it. Full story: My car broke down in a parking lot and seemed like it wasn't getting fuel. Towed it to this shop as it was nearby and Anthony claimed to be very familiar with this type of car. He said the fuel pump needed replaced and quoted an amount for that and some other stuff he reccomended for no reason other than mileage on the car. I didnt like the price so I had another mechanic take a look and they verified that the fuel pump was not broken after a proper diagnosis but was only not getting power to it. My car is now working after a wiring issue was resolved with a kill switch I have in the car. I called for a refund of the misdiagnosis and confirmed with Anthony that he DID NOT go under the back seat to even look at the fuel pump or test power to it during his diagnosis. This is unacceptable and unfair. If I am paying to have a diagnosis it should be proper and complete but he took shortcuts and made false assumptions because, and I quote, "there were car seats in the back". It takes literally
